The best note-taking app, with one major quibble

This app strikes the perfect balance between simplicity and efficiency. It’s a better version of Apple’s no-frills Notes.app. Tagging is a much better way of organizing notes than putting them in folders.

However it’s very annoying to have to repeatedly sign in every time the computer is woken up from sleep mode. Other apps manage to stay logged in just fine, so I’m not sure why Simplenote is having trouble with this.
